1. cut down on Caffine , replace with herbal teas.

2. Get out in the early morning new air.

3. Get out of bed ealier the liver doesnt like to stagnate under the bedclothes !

4. Start to lighten up your cooking, fresh spring greens and stir frys

5.Have a cup of fresh Lemmon and Ginger tea in the morning

6. Do eye exercises every morningĀ  the liver is all about the eyes .

7. Practice balacing on one leg while the kettle is boiling this helps stabalise the mind as well as the body

8. try releasing tension by taking a long outbreath

9. Go to more streched based classes at the gym

10.Drink less alcohol for one month .. sorry but it helps !
